Handa's Surprise

This week, FS2 have been exploring the story of Handa's Surprise.

The children learnt about where the book is based in Kenya. They enjoyed comparing Kenya with the United Kingdom - looking at similarities and differences. 

Pupils learnt lots of amazing facts about Kenya.

They also enjoyed retelling the story using the correct vocabulary and dressing up in Safari role play.
