Important Information for Parents/Carers 09.03.23

Due to the predicted deteriorating weather conditions, unfortunately we will not be able to offer the after-school provision, any after school clubs or booster sessions on Thursday 9th March 2023. This is to ensure that all children and staff can return home safely as soon as possible after the end of the normal school day. As such, all children will need to be collected from school at the following times.

End of school day:
Concord – Year 3 and 4 - 3.15pm
Year 5 and 6 – 3.10pm
Wincobank - Ducklings 1 pm session – 3.10pm
Ducklings 2 pm session – 3.00pm
Foundation 2 and Year 1 and 2 – 3.05pm

I will continue to monitor the weather conditions and will update parents/carers of any further changes to the normal school routines via Class Dojo, the academy websites and text message.

I apologise for any inconvenience this causes but hope I can count on your understanding in my attempts to ensure all children and staff are kept safe and are not put at increased risk due to the adverse weather conditions.
