Welcome to Wincobank Nursery Infant Academy 

High expectations and aspirations underpin the Wincobank experience. A two-form entry academy based in the heart of our community, we reap the rewards of a smaller setting; where every pupil is known as an individual but benefit from the opportunities of a larger academy. We work in partnership with our linked junior academy, Concord to provide every pupil with a wealth of opportunities beyond the classroom, to raise ambitions, develop passions and create memorable experiences.

Our offer begins in our award-winning Ducklings pre-school provision. Highly regarded as a centre of excellence, pupils’ learning journey begin and develops into our immersive curriculum from Reception to Year 2, empowering pupils to be inquisitive, creative and passionate about learning and the world around them. A Wincobank education is tailored to every child, where individual talents and abilities and nurtured and cultivated.

As an Ofsted Good academy, we take pride in all that we do. In order to enhance the experience for every pupil, we work in strong partnership with our parents and carers and the local community, and our whole academy Thrive approach ensures pupils’ emotional wellbeing, happiness and social development are at the top of the agenda.
